To further enhance team cohesion and boost employee morale, Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd. of Yidu City held a team-building event themed “United in Heart, Advancing Together” at Mingfeng Mountain in Yuan’an County on November 6, 2024.

The event kicked off with a lively and unique fun competition. During the “Fun Frisbee” activity, participants laughed joyfully while aiming and throwing accurately. In “Blindfolded Drum Beating,” teams demonstrated mutual trust and seamless cooperation to strike the drum successfully. The “Drumming Hearts” challenge required concerted teamwork to overcome difficulties and bravely face the test. The following mountain-climbing competition saw everyone encouraging each other and conquering personal limits. Each carefully designed activity not only allowed participants to experience the joy of teamwork but also pushed them to continuously surpass themselves through challenges.
