On December 2, 2025, the Third Term First Employee Representative Conference of the Huayang Chemical Labor Union Committee was successfully held at Longshan Hotel. Representatives from the company's leadership attended the conference and delivered concluding remarks.

      During the conference, the attending representatives carefully reviewed the draft of the Implementation Rules of the Huayang Chemical Employee Representative Conference. The rules serve as an important document for safeguarding employees' democratic rights and standardizing the operation of the representative conference. Its revision and refinement will further enhance the institutionalization and standardization of the company's democratic management.

      In the democratic discussion session, employee representatives actively spoke based on practical situations.        Labor Union Chairperson Xu Jiajia outlined the vision and general requirements for the Labor Union's work in 2026. She emphasized that the new term Labor Union will continue to focus on employee needs, effectively serve as a bridge and link, and demonstrate new achievements in safeguarding rights, serving employees, and promoting harmony.
