Huayang Chemical’s 2025 Annual Review, Commendation & Celebration Concludes Successfully

As spring renews and a new journey begins, the Huayang Chemical 2025 Annual Review, Commendation & Celebration, themed “United in Heart, Forging Ahead with Resolve,” was grandly held on the afternoon of February 10 at 3 PM in a warm and festive atmosphere. All employees gathered together to look back on the hard work of the past year, honor outstanding contributors, and envision the company’s future development.

The annual celebration kicked off with an energetic opening dance that instantly ignited the enthusiasm of the entire audience. Amidst sustained and warm applause, Mr. Xu Minghua, the company’s General Manager, took the stage to deliver his New Year address. Mr. Xu’s speech was heartfelt, expressing both deep appreciation and sincere thanks to all employees for their diligent dedication over the past year, as well as his strong hopes and unwavering confidence in the company’s ability to seize opportunities, drive innovation, and meet challenges in the year ahead. Following his address, Mr. Li Xingyan, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal People’s Government and Party Secretary of Lucheng Subdistrict, delivered an important speech. He pointed the way forward for the company’s future development—steadfastly pursuing a path of high-quality, sustainable growth—which deeply inspired and encouraged every Huayang employee.

The grand annual commendation ceremony brought the atmosphere to a climax. Mr. Xu Bo, the company’s Executive Deputy General Manager, read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Employees for 2025.” To the stirring strains of award music, winners of honors such as “Best Newcomer,” “Everyday Hero,” “Advanced Individual,” “Outstanding Manager,” “Excellent Workshop,” and “Advanced Department” came on stage one after another to receive their awards and applause. Representatives of the Advanced Individuals and the heads of Advanced Departments delivered inspiring acceptance speeches. Their stories of striving at their posts and their sincere words carried great weight, fully demonstrating the uplifting spirit of Huayang people and making the power of role models deeply felt and motivating.

Afterwards, the cultural performance segment of the celebration unfolded brilliantly. The programs were cleverly arranged and diverse in form. Self-devised performances by company employees were interspersed with professional acts invited from the Municipal Song and Dance Ensemble. Songs, dances, skits, and sitcoms followed one another, offering all colleagues a truly stunning audio-visual feast.

During the event, the most eagerly anticipated prize draw was woven between the performances. Company leaders took turns on stage to draw lucky winners, bringing surprises and blessings directly to employees.
