Huayang Chemical Successfully Holds International Women's Day Team-Building Event

In the bright and breezy days of early March, Huayang Chemical carefully organized a team-building event for all its female employees on March 6, 2026, under the theme "Blossoming Warmth at Huayang, Radiating Feminine Charm." The event was designed to celebrate International Women's Day and enrich the cultural life of the company's women staff, delivering festive blessings together with the warmth of spring to the most beloved members of the team.

At 9:40 a.m., accompanied by laughter and chatter along the way, everyone arrived at the scenic Songshan Forest Park. The event kicked off with a fun and engaging ice-breaking game led by a trainer from Dayan Expansion. The game quickly ignited everyone's enthusiasm. Each group worked with a clear division of labor, cooperating seamlessly, while applause and laughter filled the air. The activity not only lifted the mood but also gave everyone a vivid sense of the power of teamwork.

After the ice-breaking session, it was time for the mountain climb. The company thoughtfully prepared an "energy booster pack" for every female employee. Holding their energy packs, they made their way up the winding stone steps toward the summit. Along the trail, some walked briskly, challenging themselves, while others slowed down to capture the beautiful scenery and their colleagues' smiling faces with their cameras. The cool mountain breeze and the chirping of birds in the woods turned into motivation to keep going, and also helped ease some of the fatigue accumulated from work.

After descending the mountain, the company hosted a hearty group lunch. Around the tables, everyone shared interesting stories from the climb and chatted happily about work and life. Later, company leaders presented each female employee with a bouquet of flowers and a red envelope. Under the warm afternoon sun, they gathered together holding their flowers, and their bright, smiling faces were captured in photos—the most beautiful scene of this spring season.

What's more worth mentioning is that on the day of the event, the office team, on behalf of the company, specially delivered the same flowers and red envelopes to the women colleagues who remained at their posts, ensuring that no one missed out on this exclusive holiday blessing.
