Huayang Chemical Holds 2019 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

On the afternoon of January 16, Yidu Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd. solemnly convened its 2019 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. The event recognized outstanding employees, advanced teams, and exemplary departments for their 2019 performance. General Manager Xu Minghua and employee representatives delivered speeches at the conference, which was attended by approximately 200 staff members.  

While the company achieved significant accomplishments in 2019, persistent shortcomings remain fundamentally unresolved. These deep-rooted issues continue to substantially impact current production operations and severely constrain Huayang’s project development and corporate transformation.  

Department heads are urged to prioritize organizational improvement through discernment and collective problem-solving. All employees are encouraged to confront challenges with self-reform initiatives to meet enterprise requirements.
