Yidu Municipal Leaders Investigate Post-Holiday Resumption at Huayang Chemical

On the morning of February 11, 2019, Luo Lianfeng, Secretary of the Yidu Municipal Party Committee, and Tan Jianguo, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Yidu, accompanied by Xu Minghua, General Manager of Huayang Chemical, conducted an in-depth inspection of the company’s production workshops to understand the post-Spring Festival resumption of operations.  

During the visit, Secretary Luo and Mayor Tan inquired in detail about the company’s 2018 production and operation performance, as well as the current status of production, sales, and labor recruitment after the holiday. The leaders fully affirmed Huayang Chemical’s efficient organization of post-holiday production resumption and expressed their expectations for the company to win the battle of transformation and upgrading, to boost production efforts to achieve a “strong start” in Q1, to accelerate the construction of the 15,000-ton UV absorber project according to set targets, and to contribute further to Yidu City’s economic and social development in the new year.  

Secretary Luo and Mayor Tan also highly recognized the company’s achievements in recent years and emphasized the need to reduce production costs and improve efficiency, to achieve green production and become a benchmark for environmentally friendly chemical enterprises, and to leverage new platforms and maintain high standards for better development.
